Important: We never sell or rent your personal data. The only data shared with a third party is the advertising data Google AdMob receives in order to serve ads, described under Third-Party Services below.
Neo Run uses:
When an ad is served, Google may collect device identifiers, coarse location derived from your IP address, and app-usage data in order to deliver and measure that ad, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices.
Neo Run asks for permission to track using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline — or never answer — the device advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used and the ads you see are non-personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Buying Remove Ads stops all advertising, after which no ad-related data is processed.
We use no other analytics services.
Neo Run is rated 4+ and appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
For Parents: Neo Run has no chat and no social features. It does show advertising supplied by Google AdMob, and it offers in-app purchases — both can be limited through iOS Screen Time and Parental Controls, and the “Remove Ads” purchase removes advertising entirely.
