Where your app actually ranks, measured one storefront at a time

AdScope polls the App Store for the keywords you care about, stores every sample it takes, and shows you the movement. It is a tracker for one developer’s own apps, not an agency dashboard.

iPhone, iPad and Mac are tracked as three separate indexes, because they are three separate indexes. A term that is brutal on iPhone is often half as contested on the Mac App Store.

What it does

The limits, plainly

Apple does not publish search volume. AdScope infers it from autocomplete, which counts suggestions rather than relevance — a term can show volume because it collides with an unrelated popular query. Treat the number as a ranking signal, not a traffic forecast.

The store rate-limits. Requests are throttled to roughly one per second and cached for fifteen minutes. A large keyword set takes minutes to refresh, and refreshing it twice in a row will not make it faster.

Search Ads needs your own credentials. There is no AdScope account and no server in the middle; the key lives in your Keychain on your device.
