FORMA ("we", "us", "the app") is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we do — and, importantly, what we don't do — with your data. In short: FORMA collects no personal data.
All drawing, layer compositing, editing and storage happen locally on your device. Your canvases, layers, brushes and exported images are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We do not upload, collect, view or store any of the artwork you create in FORMA. It never reaches us or any third party.
FORMA contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
FORMA Premium subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple handles these transactions and any related data under Apple's Privacy Policy.
FORMA requests permissions only at the moment you use a feature that needs one, and only for that purpose.
FORMA is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
