Terms of Use

By downloading or using FORMA, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FORMA on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app.

Your artwork is yours

You retain all rights, title and ownership in and to the drawings, images and other content you create with FORMA ("Your Content"). FORMA does not claim any ownership of Your Content, and because your work stays on your device, we never receive, access or store it. You are solely responsible for backing up anything important.

Subscriptions & purchases

FORMA is free to download and use with a starter set of features. FORMA Premium unlocks the full brush library and pro tools.
Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription — Yearly ($29.99/year, including a 7-day free trial) or Monthly ($4.99/month) — or as a one-time Lifetime purchase ($59.99). Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period.
Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel a subscription any time in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use FORMA lawfully and to be solely responsible for the content you create. You must not use the app to create, store or share content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer of warranties

FORMA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. Because your artwork is stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups; we are not responsible for any loss of data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of FORMA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
