Peakline — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Peakline tracks your ski and snowboard days. Your data belongs to you and stays on your device.

Data we collect

Peakline collects no personal data. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Your sessions, runs, GPS tracks, stats and badges are stored only on your device (and your device's standard backups).

Location and motion

Peakline uses your location and the barometric altimeter only to record the ski days you start — to detect your runs and lifts and compute speed, distance and vertical. Background location is active only while you are tracking a session, and stops when you stop it. This data is never transmitted anywhere; all detection happens on your device.

Safety

Peakline's speed and altitude figures are estimates from consumer GPS and sensors and may be inaccurate. Never rely on them for safety decisions on the mountain.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Your rights

We hold no data about you. You can delete any session in the app, and deleting the app removes all local data.

Terms of Use

Peakline uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
