1.3 Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases, payment information is processed by Apple's App Store. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status information, never your payment details.

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your actual photos or their content
• Your name or personal identity
• Your email address (unless you contact support)
• Your location data beyond what's already in your photos' metadata
• Your contacts or other personal information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide core functionality: Access your photos to enable organization and cleanup features

3. Data Storage and Processing

3.1 Local Processing

All photo processing happens locally on your device. Your photos never leave your device and are not uploaded to any cloud service or external server.

3.2 Subscription Data

Subscription information is stored securely and processed through Apple's App Store infrastructure.

3.3 Analytics

Anonymous usage statistics may be stored on secure servers for the purpose of app improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you personally.

5.3 Data Deletion

To delete your data:

• Uninstall the app to remove all local data from your device

6. Children's Privacy

PicSwipe is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

• All processing happens locally on your device
• Subscription data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure
• Anonymous usage data is encrypted in transit and at rest

8. International Data Transfers

Since all photo processing happens locally on your device, your photos are never transferred internationally. Any anonymous analytics data may be stored on servers located in various countries, including the United States and European Union.
