Siege & Fortune: Castle Raid — by Hugo Moriceau
Effective date: July 7, 2026

Summary: we collect nothing. Siege & Fortune does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no accounts. Everything the game saves — your progress, gold, trophies, castle layouts, and settings — stays on your device.

1. Data We Collect

None. The app makes no network connections of its own. The only network activity is performed by Apple's own frameworks — StoreKit (for purchases) and Game Center (for leaderboards) — which are operated by Apple, not by us. We never receive, see, or store any data from these services on any server, because we operate no servers.

2. Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple's Game Center service handles your player identity, leaderboards (such as the weekly Daily Siege leagues), and achievements. This data is processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We only display leaderboard information inside the game; we do not collect or retain it. Game Center is optional — the game is fully playable without it.

3. Purchases

Royal Charter subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment information. We never see, receive, or store your name, payment details, billing address, or any other purchase data. Receipts and entitlements are validated on your device.

4. Promo Codes

If you redeem a promotional code, the redemption state is stored locally on your device only. Promo codes are validated on-device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

5. Notifications

The game may offer reminders (for example, when your catapult lever is ready). These are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. No push-notification service is used, no device token is collected, and nothing leaves your device. Notifications are optional and controlled in your device Settings.

6. Children

Siege & Fortune is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children. The app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR's provisions on children's data, and equivalent laws — by design, since there is simply no data collection.

7. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Other Laws)

Under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we do not collect, sell, or share any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, delete, or disclose. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. If you would like to remove local game data, you can delete the app, which erases all locally stored progress. You may also contact us with any privacy question, and if you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the game handles data, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect. Material changes (for example, if a future version introduced any data collection) would be clearly announced in the app.
