Terms of Use
1. License Agreement
Your use of Siege & Fortune: Castle Raid is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by that agreement. The terms below supplement it; where they conflict, the Apple EULA prevails.
2. Virtual Goods
Gold, cannonballs (ammo), shields, spyglasses, shards, trophies, castle styles, and any other in-game items or currencies are virtual goods with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real money or anything of value outside the game. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual goods at any time to maintain gameplay quality. Virtual goods are licensed to you for use within the game, not sold.
3. Royal Charter Subscription
- Options: monthly ($4.99/month), annual ($29.99/year, includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), and a one-time lifetime unlock ($59.99).
- Perks: 2x loot, all cosmetic castle styles, increased ammo capacity, and a royal crest in leagues. Perks are cosmetic/convenience only.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the then-current price.
- Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Managing & cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Fair Play
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating Game Center leaderboards may result in removal from leagues. Play nice — raid honorably.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
