Where is my save?
Progress is saved automatically on your device every few seconds and whenever you leave the app. Deleting the app deletes your save permanently — your universe lives only on your iPhone.
How do offline earnings work?
Your forge keeps producing while you're away, up to a cap (4 hours to start, upgradeable to 24 hours through Research). When you return, you can claim the earnings or double them.
What does a Supernova (prestige) do?
Detonating your star resets your generators and most research, but grants Neutron Cores — a permanent production bonus that makes every future universe faster. It's the heart of the game.
I bought something and didn't receive it.
First try Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If the item still doesn't appear, email us with your App Store receipt and we'll sort it out. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?
A full-device iCloud or computer backup restored onto the new iPhone carries the save over. Save transfer without a device restore isn't supported in v1.0 — it's on the roadmap.
Does Supernova show ads or collect data?
No ads, no data collection, no tracking. See the privacy policy.
