Support

ZenBlocks has no account and no server, so there is no record of your game anywhere except your own device. That means I cannot look anything up — what you write to me is all the information there is.

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot of the board is worth a paragraph. I answer every message myself, usually within two working days.

Common questions

My saved game disappeared.
The board is written to storage after every single placement, so a lost game is unusual and I would like to know about it. Tell me roughly when you last played and whether the app was force-quit, updated or the device restarted in between.
Undo still costs tokens after I bought Premium.
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases, then relaunch. Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase — a different account on the same device cannot see it. If Undo still costs tokens, send me the purchase date.
I bought tokens and they did not arrive.
Token packs are consumable purchases, which means Apple does not restore them automatically. If the money left your account and the tokens did not arrive, email me the date and amount and I will credit them; that is a bug on my side, not a support charge.
Can I move my best score to a new phone?
Through an encrypted iPhone backup, yes — restore the backup onto the new device and the score comes with it. There is no account, so two phones in use at the same time will keep two separate scores.
The pieces will not fit anywhere.
Then the run is over; that is the only ending ZenBlocks has. Use a Continue if you want to keep it alive, or start a new board — your best score is kept either way.
How do I delete everything the app knows?
Delete the app. There is no server copy to ask about. The privacy policy sets out what was stored.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by me, so I have no ability to refund one even when I think you are right. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Please also tell me what went wrong — that is the part I can actually fix.
