🎯 How do I play Neo Run?
Neo Run is an endless runner game! Swipe left/right to move your cube, avoid obstacles, and collect coins. The game gets faster as you progress. Try to beat your high score!
💰 How do I earn coins?
Coins are collected during gameplay by running through them. You can also:
  • Purchase coin packs in the Store tab
  • Get daily bonuses with VIP Pass
  • Use Coin Doubler booster for 2x coins
🛍️ What can I buy with coins?
Use coins in the Shop to purchase:
  • Power-ups: Speed Boost (50 coins), Shield (75 coins), Coin Magnet (60 coins)
  • Skins: Customize your cube's appearance
  • Characters: Unlock different playable characters
  • Trails: Add visual effects to your cube
🔄 How do I restore my purchases?
If you purchased "Remove Ads" or "VIP Pass" and reinstalled the app:
  1. Open the Store tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted
Your non-consumable purchases will be restored automatically.
🚫 How do I remove ads?
Go to Store → Premium section → Purchase "Remove Ads" for $2.99. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements from the game forever.
👑 What is VIP Pass?
VIP Pass ($7.99/month) includes:
  • No ads
  • 2x coins permanently (all games)
  • Exclusive characters
  • Daily bonus coins (100 per day)
It's a subscription that renews monthly. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings.
🔐 How do I cancel my VIP Pass subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
  1. Open iOS Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Neo Run - VIP Pass
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
You'll keep VIP benefits until the current billing period ends.
💳 I was charged but didn't receive my purchase
First, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the Store tab. If that doesn't work:
  1. Close and reopen the app completely
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Verify the purchase in your Apple ID purchase history
  4. Contact us at hugomoriceau@icloud.com with your order details
All purchases go through Apple, so you can also contact Apple Support for payment issues.
🎮 The game is lagging or crashing
Try these steps:
  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest iOS version
  • Make sure you have the latest Neo Run version from the App Store
  • Try turning off some visual effects in Settings
If issues persist, email us your device model and iOS version.
🔊 How do I turn off sound/music?
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon on the main menu. From there you can toggle:
  • Sound Effects (on/off)
  • Background Music (on/off)
  • Haptic Feedback (on/off)
🏆 How do leaderboards work?
Leaderboards show your best score compared to other players. Your high score is automatically submitted when you beat your personal record. Leaderboards are updated in real-time.
🔒 Privacy & Data
Neo Run collects minimal data:
  • Device ID and Advertising ID (for personalized ads)
  • Ad interaction data
We do NOT collect your name, email, location, photos, or contacts. You can opt-out of tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
