Fluxwave has no servers, no account and no sign-in. I receive no personal data from this app at all. Your photos go from your device to the ComfyUI server you configured, and nowhere else.
A photo you process is sent directly from your device to the address you entered, over your own network. There is no intermediary of mine, no relay, no queue in the cloud, and no copy retained anywhere I control — because I control nothing in this path.
Because the destination is a machine you chose, what happens to an image after it arrives is determined by how you run that machine. ComfyUI writes output files to its own disk in the ordinary way. If the server belongs to someone else, or you rent it, their access and their terms apply — choose it with that in mind.
To pick a photo, the app asks iOS or macOS for access to your library. The permission is used to read the images you select and, if you choose to save a result, to write it back. The app does not scan your library, does not index it and does not send anything from it anywhere except to your own server when you explicitly run a job. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the system privacy settings.
The address of your ComfyUI server, and any credential you attach to it, are stored on the device — the credential in the Keychain. They are used to reach your server and are not transmitted anywhere else.
Some basics use Apple's Vision framework, which runs locally on your hardware. Nothing about that leaves the device.
Fluxwave Premium is sold and processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your name, your payment method or your Apple Account. The app asks StoreKit whether an entitlement is active on this device and receives yes or no.
There are none. No advertising SDK, no crash reporter, no attribution SDK, no telemetry, no third-party analytics library of any kind. Fluxwave does not ask for the App Tracking Transparency permission because it has nothing to track. I do not know how many images you have processed, or whether you have opened the app since installing it.
Fluxwave is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone of any age.
The GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over personal data a controller holds about you. I hold none from this app, so there is nothing on my side to disclose or erase. Images and results on your own server are under your control; delete them there. Deleting the app removes its local library, its settings and the stored server credential. Questions to contact@oshi-messenger.com.
