Fluxwave support
Most problems are the connection.
Fluxwave is a client for a server you run, so almost everything that goes wrong is between the app and that server. Start at the top of this list — it is ordered by how often each cause turns out to be the real one.

Tell me your device and OS version, your ComfyUI version, the address you entered, and the exact error. If a job failed on the server, the ComfyUI console output is the single most useful thing you can paste.
Connecting
- "Cannot reach server"
- Check, in this order: ComfyUI is actually running; it is listening on the network rather than only on itself (start it with
--listen, otherwise it binds to 127.0.0.1 and nothing else on your network can see it); your device is on the same network; and the machine's firewall allows the port — 8188 by default.
- I typed localhost and it did not work.
- On your phone,
localhost is the phone. Use the server machine's address on your network, for example http://192.168.1.20:8188.
- It works at home but not on cellular.
- A private address is only reachable from your own network. Reaching it from outside needs a VPN back to your network or a tunnel you set up yourself. Fluxwave deliberately has no relay in the middle — that is the privacy trade, and it is the right one.
- It connects, then drops during long jobs.
- Progress comes over a websocket. A reverse proxy in front of ComfyUI often closes idle upgrades — raise the read timeout and allow upgrades. If you connect directly, keep the device awake for very long renders.
Jobs and results
- "Model not found" / a node is missing
- The template asks for a checkpoint, LoRA or custom node your server does not have installed. Install it in ComfyUI and restart the server; Fluxwave cannot supply models, it can only ask for them.
- Out of memory
- That is your GPU. Use a smaller resolution or fewer batch items, and close other things using VRAM. The 4K upscale is by far the heaviest template.
- The result looks nothing like the example.
- Results come entirely from the models on your server. A different checkpoint gives a different look for the same template — that is expected, not a bug.
- A job is stuck in the queue.
- Check the ComfyUI console. If the server is waiting or has errored, Fluxwave shows you what it reports. Cancelling in the app cancels on the server.
- Where are my images saved?
- In the app's library on the device, and in your photo library if you save them there. They are also written by ComfyUI on the server as usual.
Purchases
- Premium is locked after paying.
- Settings › Restore Purchases, then relaunch, signed in to the Apple Account that paid. A Mac and an iPhone share the purchase when both use the same Apple Account.
- Cancelling
- Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iOS, or App Store › Account › Settings on the Mac.
- Refunds
- Apple issues them, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you bought it without a ComfyUI server and it is therefore useless to you, say so in the request — it is a fair reason.
