Privacy Policy

SourceMint · Last updated 8 July 2026

SourceMint (“the app”, “we”) helps people research products, suppliers and profit margins. We built SourceMint to be private by design. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

The short version: we do not require an account, we do not use tracking or advertising SDKs, we do not collect the IDFA, and we do not sell your data. Your saved items, inquiries and settings stay on your device.

Information we do NOT collect

Information stored on your device

Purchases & subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple may share aggregated, anonymized transaction and subscription-status information with the developer as described in Apple’s own privacy policy. To restore purchases we ask Apple to validate your entitlements.

Network requests

The app may contact our servers only to (a) validate a promo code you enter, and (b) in future versions, load supplier and product listings. These requests do not include personal identifiers. If you are offline, core features continue to work with cached data.

Promo codes

When you redeem a promo code, the code text is sent to our verification endpoint to confirm validity and prevent reuse. No personal information is attached to this request.

Children

SourceMint is rated 4+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on our side. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. For any request, contact us below.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
