Terms of Use

Subscriptions purchased in SourceMint are governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below supplement it.

1. The service

SourceMint provides product, supplier and profit-margin research tools. Margin figures, fees, prices and supplier details are estimates and sample/demonstration data provided for research and educational purposes. They are not financial, legal, tax or business advice, and are not guarantees of profit. You are responsible for verifying any supplier, price, fee or figure before making business decisions.

2. Subscriptions & billing

SourceMint Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly, Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Any free-trial period: if you subscribe with a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

3. Promo codes

Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked if obtained or used improperly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, scrape it, resell access, or contact suppliers for unlawful or abusive purposes.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
