Oshi Free-Dom VPN

Terms of Use

Who provides it

Oshi Free-Dom VPN is published by Oshi Lab, operated by Hugo Moriceau as an individual. "We" and "us" in these terms mean him.

The service

Oshi Free-Dom routes your device's internet traffic through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel to an exit node you choose, and answers DNS through a filtering resolver. Exit nodes are operated by us.

Free plan and subscription

The free plan includes a subset of locations and a monthly data allowance. Oshi Plus adds every location and removes the monthly data cap.

Refunds

Apple is the merchant of record for all purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law where you are, to attack or disrupt other systems, or to send unsolicited bulk email. Outbound SMTP and BitTorrent ports are blocked at every exit node, so those uses do not work.

We may remove a device's access if it is used in a way that risks the suspension of an exit node, because that would cost every other user their service.

Availability

The service depends on servers and networks that can fail. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. When a location is unreachable, the app says so and offers another.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. A VPN is a routing and encryption tool, not a guarantee of anonymity — see the Privacy Policy for what it cannot do.
