How do I delete photos?
Swipe left on any photo to delete it, or swipe right to keep it. Deleted photos go to your device's Recently Deleted folder where they can be recovered within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PicSwipe → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store app.
Is my data safe?
Yes! PicSwipe processes all photos locally on your device. We never upload your photos to our servers or collect any personal data. Your photos stay 100% private.
Can I undo deleted photos?
Yes! Deleted photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album where they remain for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can recover them anytime within this period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open PicSwipe → Tap the Premium icon → Tap "Restore Purchase". Your subscription will be restored if you purchased it with the same Apple ID.
Why do I see duplicate photos?
Duplicate photos often come from iCloud sync, screenshots, or repeated downloads. Use our Premium duplicate detection feature to quickly identify and remove them.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find PicSwipe, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
