Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms govern your use of the ReceiptFox app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is the standard Apple-style End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is provided.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- ReceiptFox Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly), with an optional free trial as shown at purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The app is a tool to help you record and organize expenses; it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Your data & accuracy
The app extracts data from receipts automatically and may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all figures before relying on them for accounting or tax purposes. Your data is stored on your device; you are responsible for your own backups. See our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
