Acceptance
By downloading or using LENS ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
LENS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions & purchases
- LENS Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- A 3-day free trial may be offered; any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your content
Your screenshots and the data LENS derives from them remain yours and stay on your device. We claim no rights to your content and never access it.
Disclaimer
LENS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automatic categorization is best-effort and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying important information (such as receipts or passwords) and for any deletions you confirm.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LENS and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any loss of data.
