QUOTR does not collect, transmit, store on any server, sell or share any personal data. There is no account, no login, no sign-up and no backend. Everything you create — quotes, invoices, estimates, clients, your business profile, your logo and your signature — is stored only on your device and never leaves it unless you choose to share a document.
Nothing. QUOTR contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs and no third-party data collectors. We do not use cookies or identifiers, and we never see your data because it never reaches us.
All content is stored locally on your own device — on iPhone and iPad using Apple's on-device storage, and on Android in QUOTR's private app storage (a local database and preferences that no other app can read). It leaves the device only through a backup you have enabled: your encrypted Apple device backup (iCloud or Finder) on iOS, or your Google Account backup on Android. Those backups are governed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we have no access to them.
When you export or send a quote/invoice (for example as a PDF, Word, PNG or JPG via email, Messages or WhatsApp), the document goes directly from your device to the recipient or app you choose, through your own channel. We are not involved in and cannot see that transfer.
If you add a company logo, the App receives only the single image you pick through your system's own picker — on Android, QUOTR declares no photo or storage permission at all and never sees the rest of your gallery. The image is stored on your device and used solely to brand your documents. We do not scan or upload your photo library.
Subscriptions and the one-time lifetime unlock are processed entirely by the store you installed the App from — never by us. We never receive or see your name, card or payment details; the store tells the App only whether you currently hold an active entitlement, and gives us anonymous, aggregate sales figures.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, delete or sell, and we do not sell or "share" personal information. You retain full control of your data directly on your device: you can edit or delete any record, or remove all data by deleting the App. If you live in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, California or a similar jurisdiction, your statutory rights are fully respected by this no-collection design.
We retain no data. Your content remains on your device for as long as you keep it and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the App.
QUOTR is a professional invoicing tool for tradespeople, freelancers and small businesses. Its content carries the lowest available age rating in every system (App Store 4+, ESRB Everyone, PEGI 3, USK 0), but the App is aimed at working adults and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect no data from anyone.
Because all processing happens on your device, there is no international transfer of personal data by us.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be reflected in an App update.
