Does QUOTR need internet?
No. Everything works fully offline — quotes, invoices and PDF generation all happen on your device.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account and no server. See our Privacy Policy.
What can I export?
Every document can be exported as a PDF, Word (.docx), PNG or JPG, and shared by email, Messages or WhatsApp.
Can I add my logo and signature?
Yes — add your company logo and a signature in Settings → Business profile; they appear on every document, across 12 professional themes.
Which countries and languages are supported?
40+ country tax configurations and 34 languages, automatically adapting currency, date format, tax names/rates and legal mentions.
What does Pro include and what does it cost?
Pro unlocks unlimited documents, all 12 themes, no watermark and all export formats. It is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. Manage it in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the App → Settings → Restore purchases.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Is my data backed up?
Your documents are included in your normal encrypted Apple device backup (iCloud or Finder) if you have it enabled. We never receive a copy.
