1 · Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2 · What the app does, and its limits

Trainora plans and tracks endurance and strength training from workout and health data already present on your device. It is not a medical device, and nothing it shows is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Training carries physical risk. Deciding whether a prescribed session is appropriate for you today is your responsibility, as is stopping when it is not.
• If you have a medical condition, are injured, are pregnant, or are returning to exercise after a break, consult a qualified professional before following any plan.
• Load, fitness, fatigue, form, training zones and any projection are model estimates computed from your own recorded history. They describe a trend, not the state of your body. This is why every figure in the app carries a confidence level, and why some figures are withheld entirely rather than shown.
• The figures are only as good as what the recording device saved into Apple Health. Trainora measures nothing itself.
• The models cannot see sleep, life stress, heat, altitude or illness, and treat all training stress as a single currency.
• iOS does not permit an app to know whether Apple Health read access was granted, so a screen with no data may mean a permission was refused rather than that nothing was recorded.
• Sending a session to Apple Watch requires a paired watch with the Trainora watch app installed, and parts of a prescription may not survive the translation — the app reports which parts, at the moment you send it.

The developer is not liable for any injury, illness or loss arising from reliance on the app's plans, figures or suggestions. Your own judgement, and that of a qualified professional, comes first.

3 · No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of your use of the app.

5 · Your data

The app collects no personal data and operates no server. See the privacy policy, which describes exactly what is read and where it goes.

6 · Changes

These terms may be updated with new releases. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
